During the futile and unjust war that Yemen, the land and people, is exposed to, many facts, known to some free and honorable people of the world, are revealed to us day by day, due to the misleading media of the US-Saudi-led war countries against Yemen.
One of these facts is the direct strategic relationship on the ground between the countries of war on Yemen and Al-Qaeda network, namely Al-Qaeda Network in the Arab Peninsula (AQAP). The US has long reiterated about the gravity of this faction of Al-Qaeda centered in Qayfah region of Al-Bayda governorate, as being the strongest in the region, and demanded broad international cooperation to participate in its elimination. The US has previously carried out empty and ineffective air operations that merely killed innocent people in the region, which enables Al-Qaeda to gain popular sympathy following every raid and subsequently increases its power. It also exposes many facts about the reality of the US fighting against terrorism in Yemen and the region.
As the government and people of Yemen reject terrorist groups, the heroes of army and popular committees were able to hunt them in all the areas where they have been centered for decades inside the northern regions of Yemen. The last of their strongholds was Qayfah-Yakla area of Al-Bayda governorate, their headquarters that hosts hundreds of foreign Al-Qaeda elements. The army and popular committees proved the most amazing stories of heroism, in cooperation with the people of the region, who have suffered from violence, oppression and killing by these groups. Our heroes were able to defeat them in a few days and captured many of them who belong to a number of foreign countries. Those who could survive have fled to settle in areas in the southern part of the homeland, which are under the control of the countries of War Coalition against Yemen.
While battles are raging in the main center and den of Al-Qaeda network, the Saudi-funded US-warplanes launch dozens of raids, on a daily basis, against the heroes of the army and popular committees. Obviously, such strikes are only in defense of and support for Al-Qaeda network, which they keep warning against its danger, call for combating it and demand an international coalition to enter Yemen under the pretext of toppling it. In addition, there is generous support for Al-Qaeda with money and weapons, which has been evidently documented in audio and video.
This support and air raids were shocking to those, whether at home or abroad, who had not yet realized the reality of the US-Saudi relationship with terrorist groups. However, they were essential to warn the remaining misguided people of the region and an incentive for the honorable and free people of the world to support Yemen, which defends, on their behalf, freedom, dignity and independence against the forces of terrorism and its supporters
